I find it nearly impossible to believe that we’re already on episode 5 of the Finding Our Hunger podcast. What a feat. What a beautiful, blessed feat.
Speaking of feeling blessed, I feel so lucky to be able to introduce today’s guest to you. She’s a regular commenter on the blog, which is, funnily enough, how we “met,” but this is the first non-written conversation we’ve had (although definitely not the last!)–and I’m so, so glad to be able to call this wonderful lady my friend.
Kelly Boaz, creator of Fearless Nutrition, is one of the coolest people to come into my life of late. She’s currently studying holistic nutrition, and she’s using the insights she’s gained through her ED recovery to help others on their journey.
