UN-Podcast 021: UNending

Jimmy Moore and Eric WestmanSometimes, there are people whose hearts are so big, you wonder how they fit inside their bodies. Fortunately, Jimmy Moore was made tall enough to fit such a big heart AND a good soul besides.

Jimmy Moore’s been a part of my life for a little longer than I’ve been in his–his podcasts have been daily inspiration (since he puts them out so gosh-darn frequently!), and have helped me find direction on my own health journey. Although our stories are very different, Jimmy, his interviewees, and his wonderful collaborators have given me so much hope and inspiration for healing through food that I couldn’t not reach out to him.

Back in January, I had the opportunity to “meet” Jimmy while on Low Carb Conversations with Jimmy Moore and Friends–but it was even better to actually meet him in person at Paleo F(X). Honestly, I don’t care what any of you have to say–you will never meet a kinder, more involved, and genuinely caring person anywhere.

So, all of that to say, I’m so, so, so happy to be able to share today’s podcast with you. Although Jimmy is a content-creating machine, he’s embarking on an even bigger journey with the release of his latest book Cholesterol Clarity: What the HDL is Wrong with My Numbers?,* which I am convinced is going to be the “go-to” book for people who want to help their loved ones reduce heart-disease risk in the same way that Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis is now the “go-to” for people who want to help their loved ones let go of the gluten and get healthy.

So, what are you waiting for?

Go listen now!

Stay hungry,

*Co-authored with Dr. Eric Westman
