A few weeks ago, I downloaded a new podcast on a whim, and as soon as I started listening, I knew immediately that the man on the other line was a necessary member of my karass.

Dr. Herby Bell is a chiropractic doctor–and a surfer, a member of the recovery community, and a fully tuned-in citizen of the universe–and the conversation we had on the Finding Our Hunger podcast today gets very deep.

We probably could have gone on talking for another several hours (at least), but there are so many great takeaways, whether you’re recovering from an addiction (or eating disorder) or just looking to tune in a little better to your own “being.”
